Grill Bread

Grilled Bread:
l pckg. yeast
2 teaspoons honey
l cup warm water
2 to 3 cups flour
l l/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Stir yeast and honey in warm water–let stand for five minutes until it bubbles.
Mix 2 cups flour with warm water and salt
work dough for about 10 to 15 minutes
Put in sealed plastic bag in warm place for 1 hour

Oil mixture:
2 cloves garlic
2 large green onions
l/2 cup olive oil
handful of sage, basil, thyme & rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
mix together and microwave for 25 seconds

punch down dough and break into three loaves
Cook over medium offset grill for 4 minutes on each side
Baste both sides with oil mixture
